I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Some years ago I was consulting to an organization that did not have the
best track record in project delivery – projects were regularly running
over budget and were invariably behind schedule. My work for them
was not intended to address this issue but did necessitate an investi-
gation of their project governance arrangements. Project governance is
the framework within which project decisions are made. It incorporates
the structures that are established along with the terms of reference of
the various governance bodies and role statements indicating the
accountabilities and responsibilities of those who work within the
decision-making arrangements. ...
