Apart from role descriptions associated with the main project board
roles, very little further documentation was provided. This enabled the
organization to develop the concepts further to suit their own needs.
Had the resources been available, it may have been preferable to offer
ongoing support and training within the organization to assist in
embedding the change. Ongoing support to Main Roads consisted
primarily of assisting them to apply the new arrangements to new
