The above provides guidelines for consideration when scaling back the
project governance framework. This section explores how the project
governance arrangements can be scaled to accommodate projects with
lower risk profiles. The project governance model is reproduced for
convenience in Figure 5.1.

model the intention is not to lose or discard roles, but rather to combine
