arrangements for any particular project, especially those at the high
end of the risk spectrum. This can occur when organizational politics
enters the equation. Projects may come under pressure to add to or
subtract stakeholders from the project governance arrangements as a
result of either internal or external politicking. In some instances this
may be unavoidable and so the project governance arrangements are
compromised to some extent.
If it is to be possible to alter the model without damaging the project, it
is necessary to know two things: 1) what risk level is associated with any
particular project, since this will be one indication of the e
