Work with the project manager

• Develop project reporting and communications protocols;

• work with the project manager in the development of key project docu-

mentation and review all documents that proceed to the project board;

• keep project owner appraised of project activity;

• work with the project manager to resolve issues and escalate those

that cannot be resolved;

• assist in the identification of risks and ensure mitigation strategies

that meet business needs are developed;

• assist in coordinating and fostering teamwork.
