Senior user

The senior user represents the end users of the delivered service and

promotes their concerns and interests. The senior user is responsible for:

• representing the interests of users;

• establishing and chairing user groups where required;

• negotiating and developing user requirements and other user docu-

mentation;

• identifying and committing user resources for the project.

Project manager

The project manager is accountable to the project owner for managing

the delivery of the project within the constraints of scope, budget,

schedule and quality that are defined by the project owner. The project
