So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This book presents an ideal project governance framework consisting of
the four principles of effective project governance, the project gover-
nance model and the associated advice regarding the model’s
constituents. Following this framework will provide a high degree of
confidence that a project’s governance arrangements will be satisfac-
torily addressed.
The project governance model itself is specifically designed to
address the needs of high-risk projects. After all, the model would lack
credibility and usefulness were it not able to deal with such projects.
