So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

easy to overlook the obvious. For instance, if we wanted to perform a Root Cause
Analysis (RCA) on an event, would we know which event was the most signicant
or costly? Experience demonstrates that we would not. In a reactive environment,
we naturally become focused on the short term. We tend to look at the problems or
events that just happened and naturally think they are the most signicant at the time.
