valuable time dgeting with it and trying to make it work in front of your audience.
Some things to keep in mind to this end include the following:
1. Know how many will be in your audience and where they will be sitting.
2. Use name cards if you wish to place certain people in certain positions
in the audience.
3. Ensure that everyone can see your presentation from where they are sitting.
4. Ensure that you have enough handout material (if applicable).
5. Ensure that your A/V equipment is fully functional prior to the meeting.
