Each egress traffic from the particular fabric undergoes network address
translation (NAT) into 0x7E. Its fabric ID is mapped to a corresponding area ID
range.
For example, if an initiator wants to communicate with a target in another fabric,
the following actions occur:
1. The initiator queries the primary mSNS to see if the target is within the same
zone and what its fabric ID is.
2. Because the target is in another fabric, the initiator sends a Fibre Channel
frame to the router’s routing domain 0x7E.
