17.3 Upgrading the firmware
Before configuring the router, check if the firmware requires upgrading. If it does,
remember to read the Release Notes before beginning the upgrade. The
Release Notes (and other guides) are available from the Technical Documents
section of the McDATA Resource Library Web page:
