So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Discrete data
Discrete data is countable and distinct—it can only be certain values. For example, the number of parents you have is discrete —you cannot have half of a parent. In the following example, the quantities are defined (1, 2, 3,..., 14):
