Gantt charts are a popular project management tool used for tracking the time between activities. The chart consists of tasks or events on the vertical axis and time intervals on the horizontal axis. One popular use of a Gantt chart is to understand the project management schedules and the dependencies between the various events. Another common use is to understand the time difference between events.
For example, a popular method is to look at the average Order to Ship Time across the different shipping modes and any other dimension/s such as Order Category/Sub-category/Market.
