Order of operations
This particular LOD function, as well as the EXCLUDE LOD calculation that will shortly follow, comes between data blending and measure filters. They are thus computed later than the FIXED calculation:

- Sets, conditional, and top N filters, FIXED LOD calculations
- Dimension filters
- Data blending
- INCLUDE and EXCLUDE LOD calculations

- Table calculations
