The challenge
- The street paper Faktum wanted to raise awareness of the homeless problem in Gothenburg and raise money for their work.
- Gothenburg has about 3,400 homeless people. Most of them find a roof over their heads with a friend or at a refuge, but some sleep in the open air.
- They chose 10 of the places where the homeless might spend the night, and made it possible for consumers to book them. Just like any hotel.
- You could book one for yourself, or as a gift for somebody else. Either way the money raised went to help homeless and socially vulnerable people.
