Summarizing the case studies
Well, that concludes our digital marketing journey around the planet. We’ve seen how some of the best known brands are using digital to engage with their audiences, we’ve come to understand more about the challenges each of them faced and, importantly, how they tackled the challenges and measured success. So this is the bit where I pull it all together and check this against my original objectives! Did I cover big and small campaigns? Did I show different markets and cultures using digital? Did I demonstrate how digital is being used across the fabric of business to ‘engineer value’?
