It makes sense to do as much as possible to increase the peak energy side of the energy equation. You can get gains with correct nutrition, exercise and emotions. But it is just as important to reduce the stress side of the equation. Reducing stress will have a profound impact on your life: you’ll sleep better, be more level-headed and have improved wellbeing.
Most of us will have a certain level of resistance to the flow of energy in our bodies. These are learned tensions which we may carry for a short time. For example, if you have permanently tight muscles in your back or shoulders you are carrying that tension even if you’re not stressed.
