The essential tool for managing your time and creating structure is your calendar. Now, I suspect you are thinking that this is hardly revolutionary; but hold on. I’m willing to bet that, like many people, you are simply using your calendar to record meetings and appointments. This is a big under-utilisation of a much more powerful tool.
