It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

How to manage a team is such a broad topic we could barely scratch the surface here. So, we won’t cover the usual topics. Instead, we’ll look at some of the peculiar and specific aspects of enterprise architecture teams.
EXPERIENCE IS THE DEFAULT
Enterprise architects tend to be people with a lot of experience before they move into architecture. To have the technical and business skills to work at levels in an organisation and across the breadth of an organisation takes time to develop. You might have people who are new to enterprise architecture, but they are not junior people.
