I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
26 GETTING STUFF DONE
A common challenge heard while developing this section is the complaint of too many obstacles to getting ‘things’ done. We’ve clustered these into five groups:
- You cannot control every aspect of changes.
- There are some uncomfortable conversations that you might really want to avoid.
- You’re really busy, but not making an impact.
- Too many things could go wrong.
- Too many diverse opinions that need bringing together.
With the following guidance we show how all of these can be solved, but you might have to make some hard choices.
