Lower expectations for high satisfaction.

During a project life cycle, many different people across many different disciplines are working on many different parts of the project all at the same time, making it feel a bit like an intricate acrobatic sequence where every move matters. If one person messes up, it has disastrous consequences for everyone else. To minimize the possibility for misalignment, it’s important to pause and reflect at key moments.
