I always tell my students that the best skill to invest in as a UX designer is writing. The internet is made up of words afterall. Good UX copy is written to be felt and is the opposite of technical jargon. It’s meant to evoke emotion, while simultaneously removing all ambiguity. It’s an extremely important part of the user experience, and its absence is deeply felt. Without the right words, the entire user experience crumbles.
