You’re better off eating ramen noodles for a month than dealing with a client who demands you start designing before you understand the problem, wants you to work out of order, tries to do your work for you, blocks access to their people, takes forever to make a decision, ignores project goals in favor of organizational politics, or doesn’t respect your design process.
