Underpromise and overdeliver.

Understanding which features to include from a business perspective is quite easy, as that requires conversations with only the business stakeholders. But figuring out which features should be included for the users is a little trickier. It’s not as simple as only including the bare necessities for the launch (see Principle 43). It’s also important to include some features that the user isn’t expecting and will be positively surprised by.
