We can learn a lot from products that are annoying to use; that’s why it can be helpful to go one step deeper when looking at competitors and do a heuristic analysis of an entire flow. (Derived from the Ancient Greek word for “to discover,” a heuristic analysis uses rules or educated guesses to find solutions to specific issues based on intuitive judgment.)
