So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
With Insights It’s Time to Decide What to Do
The best activities to generate insights provide the team with opportunities to build on their data and gain more understanding of its impact and implications for the team. We look for ways to stimulate “aha” moments. Very often this phase appeals to knowledge workers, like software developers, because they prefer analytical thinking techniques.
Now that your team has insights about the problems it faces and potential actions, it’s time to transition into deciding what to do.
