It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

But ultimately, despite stepping into responsibility, despite our best attempts to manage our response and despite finding small wins via 15% Solutions, it’s likely that systemic issues will remain that prevent us from reaching our full potential. What then?
Here’s what you shouldn’t do: stay silent. In fact, a common refrain we hear in the agile community is to follow the Vegas Rule of Retrospectives: “What happens in your retrospective stays in your retrospective.” While the phrase is catchy and memorable, and the motivation behind the rule is a good one (to boost the team’s psychological safety via privacy), it’s more nuanced than that.
