Geo-location routing
Geo-location can determine the location of the user by their source IP addresses. This capability gives us the ability to shape the content based on the country or region the user is browsing from. Applications can be modified to match the user's language or comply with local laws and regulations. When running a global application, data sovereignty can be an issue since the storage of data is mandated differently by each country the users are browsing from. With geo-location routing, we can make sure we comply with the laws and regulations governing data sovereignty by routing the user to a region within their country or within the borders where the law applies.
