So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Technical requirements
To follow along with this topic, a familiarity with load balancing technologies and the delivery of network load distribution to groups of servers is required. A clear understanding of the Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) service is also needed as common EC2 concepts will be discussed in this chapter. Any hands-on experience with load balancers and supporting technologies is a bonus.
