When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Network Load Balancing (NLB)
The second next-generation load balancer from AWS ELB service is NLB. This highly available, fully managed service was introduced to deliver a very high network throughput (in the millions of connections) and very low latency to client services at the network level. NLB can deliver consistent performance, even for very spiky application operating patterns. Since it works on the network layer, it cannot deliver any higher-layer features, like those provided by the ALB or the CLB. Being network bound also means it will only be able to serve a specific static or Elastic IP address, or a specific target availability zone or zones—that is the trade-off for performance.
