I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Usage plans
API Gateway also supports usage plans. Usage plans give us the ability to create API keys that we can distribute to our users or subscribers. The API keys give API Gateway the ability to determine the level of access and track the usage of each user using a particular key. The end user will either be limited to a specific rate of requests, for example, 50 requests per second, and will not be allowed to exceed the number of requests by API Gateway. This can enable the building of several subscription levels where different API keys allow different users to use the application with different performance.
