Change Acceptance
Adjust to, learn from, and embrace change as necessary for future success.
Francis Bacon once said, “He that will not apply new remedies must expect new evils; for time is the greatest innovator” (2008). Change seems to be the only constant in today’s organizational life, driven by shifts in external conditions and the response to those conditions. Because of the magnitude of the changes occurring within organizations and the frequency with which these changes happen, leaders who readily accept change are greatly valued over those who can’t.
