Cannot adjust to, learn from, and embrace change as necessary for future success.
Change seems to be the only constant in today’s organizational life, driven by shifts in external conditions and an organization’s response to them. Because of the magnitude and frequency of the changes occurring within and affecting organizations, great value accrues to leaders who can dependably adapt to and embrace change.
