Gain-scheduling state feedback control is chosen to be the candidate for the HAC because it
is a proven technique for LPV system control in many applications. Traditionally, these “self-
scheduling” controllers without the state or input constraints can guarantee closed-loop system
stability via a common Lyapunov function or more commonly using a parameter-dependent
Lyapunov function with less conservatism [15]. However, these techniques may not be applicable
to constrained-control and delayed-control systems. This problem is addressed in our work in the
computation of the NetMSR.
