I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

「」です。このモデルは、Webアプリケーションを用いるシステ
ムでは、ごく標準的なモデルなので、仕事で利用する人は多いでしょう。しかし、
このモデルを最初に学ぶときにその役割がイメージできなくて困るのが、やはり真
ん中のスキーマなのです。アプリケーション層も、やはりビジネスロジックを集中
的に管理することで変更に対応しやすくしている、というのが大きな役割の一つで
す。
次章では、データベース設計において中心的なタスクである、概念スキーマおよ
び内部スキーマの設計、すなわち論理設計と物理設計について見ていきたいと思い
ます。
