So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Multiple ways to install DeepChem
In this section, we are going to discuss three ways of installing DeepChem in your system. The recommended way of installation, according to the official documentation, is to use a Conda-based distribution, such as Anaconda or Miniconda.
The three ways that we are sequentially going to show are via the following:
- Google Colab
- Conda on PyCharm
- NVIDIA Docker
