When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
GPU passthrough
When you install your guest OS, VirtualBox will still use a virtual video driver for the display and so GPU hardware recognition is disabled. GPU passthrough is a method to transfer the ownership of the GPU device directly to the guest OS. In this manner, you can avail all the core features of your GPU on the guest OS in VirtualBox. The feature is experimental on VirtualBox and is actually called PCI passthrough. PCIe is how you connect your graphics card to your system's motherboard.
Virtual Machine ware (VMware) and Quick EMUlator (QEMU) are other examples similar to VirtualBox when guest OSes are concerned.
