So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Ready-to-deploy GPU systems
There are many GPU systems specifically designed and fine-tuned for GPU-based computational work. They are available in different forms with both air-cooling and liquid-cooling options. The advantages of such systems are that they can be deployed very easily after purchase.
You only need to set up your GPU applications and henceforth you are ready to work on them right away. Some brands also come pre-installed with a set of GPU applications to enable better productivity for professionals and scientists. In such a case, all you would require is your set of parameters or programs to start running on them.
