It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This is an example of a deployment plan that was developed for an organization in the Six Sigma Executive workshop. The organization is small, being a business unit of a company. It represents early thinking of the organization and will be refined as needed as the Six Sigma deployment progresses. This is an example of what one group has done and is not presented as what all organizations should do. Keep in mind that the deployment plan is organization-specific. What is good for one organization is not necessarily good for another.
