Now that we have identified the key factors that separate very successful from less successful deployments of Six Sigma, we can use them to develop a high-level roadmap for deployment to maximize success.

By high-level we mean that at this point we provide only the major steps and their objectives. Subsequent chapters will provide much more detailed, step-by-step advice for succeeding in each step.
