A High-Level Roadmap For Six Sigma Deployment
Now that we have identified the key factors that separate very successful from less successful deployments of Six Sigma, we can use them to develop a high-level roadmap for deployment to maximize success.
By high-level we mean that at this point we provide only the major steps and their objectives. Subsequent chapters will provide much more detailed, step-by-step advice for succeeding in each step. The overall deployment process, and the individual steps, are intended to be flexible enough that they can apply to organizations of different sizes, industries, cultures, and so on.
