So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Project Selection— Assure the right projects are selected and are measurable and supported.
Time— Black Belts must be able to spend at least 50% of their time on projects. Reprioritization of work should be part of project charter (last line of charter).
Savings are measurable— Projects savings are hard to measure per existing accounting and financial reporting system.
Organizational Support— Where will the additional staffing capacity to sustain projects come from?
