So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Projects must be approved and chartered prior to making the project hopper.
Roles and responsibilities are defined.
Six Sigma is a second job for those involved.
Projects should be short and focused.
Successful projects involve 40-60% Black Belt support.
