I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Swift
Swift is OpenStack's object storage system. It includes both a storage back end of redundant account, proxy, controller, and object storage nodes and an access API similiar to Amazon's S3. One can build a scalable object store with Swift, but if you also need block or filesystem service, you will have provision and separately manage additional solutions. Ceph's RADOS Gateway service offers a Swift-compatible API for those who need it while also supporting block and file service against a single back-end.
