To edit your account or add another account

At any time you can edit an existing account or add another one by using the Preferences.

1.
Go to the Mail menu and choose “Preferences….”
2.
Click the “Accounts” icon.
3.
To add a new account, single-click the + sign at the bottom of the Accounts pane. Fill in the information on the right. To edit an existing account, single-click the account name in the pane, then use the pane on the right to edit.
4.
When finished, just close the preferences or click on another icon. A message will appear asking if you want to save these changes.
