It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

조직 구조
템 설계보다 선행된 것이 아니라 실제로 아키텍처를 중심으로 형성됐다는 사실을 깨닫지 못했
다. 인쇄 사업 부분이 줄어들고 디지털 사업 부분이 성장함에 따라 시스템 설계가 의도치 않게
조직이 성장하는 방향을 제시했다.
결국 필자와 동료들은 시스템 설계의 단점이 무엇이든 간에 변화를 만들기 위해 조직 구조를
변경해야 한다는 것을 깨달았다. 지금은 회사가 많이 바뀌었지만, 이 변화는 수년에 걸쳐 이뤄
졌다.
