So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Installing Visual Studio
The installation of Visual Studio 2015 remains similar to that of earlier versions. The application plays host to many tools. Depending on your purchase, a subset of these items is available during install. (See Chapter 1, “A Quick Tour of Visual Studio 2015,” for a comparison of Visual Studio editions.) If you are fortunate enough to own Visual Studio Enterprise, you are presented with the full set of options for installation. For those with Visual Studio Professional, however, you can choose between the types of applications you intend to build such as Microsoft Office Developer Tools, Microsoft Web Developer Tools, Cross Platform Mobile Development, Universal Windows App Development tools, and more.
