Monitor and Manage Applications in Azure
You monitor and manage your Azure services in the same management portal shown earlier (portal.azure.com). Here you can monitor, stop, and start running services. You can also add new services and delete existing ones. In addition, this is where Azure provides detailed information about things happening in your hosted environment, such as logging, storage usage, and billing. Refer to the section “Configuring Your New Azure web app” for basic information on configuring your website.
