So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
To get the most out of this book
You should have a basic understanding of, and experience in, developing applications using either the .NET or Java programming frameworks. Knowledge of Azure or cloud fundamentals is desirable. You should have an Azure subscription with admin rights to follow the labs alongside the chapters, and you should also explore related Azure services and samples available on GitHub to dig deeper into any specific Azure service or application modernization methodology.
