Microsoft Red Hat OpenShift on Azure is a fully managed PaaS offering that provides managed OpenShift environments in Azure. This service is jointly built, managed, and supported by Microsoft and Red Hat. 

Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) extends Kubernetes and provides additional tools and resources, such as an image registry, storage management, networking solutions, and logging and monitoring tools, all of which must be versioned and tested together. Along with this, ARO allows you to work with CI/CD pipeline tools, middleware frameworks, and databases for your containerized applications.
