When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
AKV secrets
Creating secrets is similar to the creating process for keys. To create a secret, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the created key vault.
- Under Settings, click on Secrets.
- You will be navigated to the Secrets blade. Click + Generate/Import, where you can specify the following:
- Upload Options: We used to have manual and certificate options, but Certificate has its own blade and will be discussed in the next section.
- Name: Specify a descriptive and valid secret name.
- Value: Manually enter the secret you wish to store in AKV.
- Content-type: You can specify the content type if you have many secrets to help you in order to remind you what a particular secret is related to.
- Set activation date: You can specify when this key ...
